Our team are experienced procurement professionals that aim to unlock value in any project so that your business can reduce costs and overheads. Our team strive to develop strong relationships with our clients so that we can support with negotiations, value identification, tender management or best in class procurement governance.

We have a team of indirect procurement specialists, offering leading industry knowledge in categories such as packaging, transport, IT, professional services, engineering and construction.

SourceWise aims to find value for our customers through our extensive supplier network, end to end procurement experience and intense negotiation. We assess every project individually and present our clients with a fully comprehensive battle plan – and all for no cost!

We will the present you with your savings, along with a report detailing all stages of the negotiation, including quotations received. This allows you to see the real value that you have earned.

If you are happy with what you see, we will take control of the project and take away all of the pain involved. We will source the product or service that you require, while negotiating the best price available, documenting the full process.

We then apply a transparent fee which is agreed in advance. If you don’t save money, we don’t get paid.
